REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

You can return compression socks within 30 days of purchase if:
- Products are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
- No signs of wear or use

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:
- Used or worn socks
- Washed or damaged socks
- Items without original packaging
- Orders older than 30 days
- Final sale items (if marked)

3. How to Start a Return

1. Email info@zentzone.com with:
   - Order number
   - Order date
   - Photos of unworn products
   - Reason for return

2. Wait for return authorization (within 24 hours)

3. Ship items to return address provided

4. Package must arrive within 14 days of authorization

4. Return Shipping

- Domestic Returns: Shipping costs refunded if our error
- Damaged/Defective: We provide return label
- Customer Request: Customer pays shipping
- Use tracked shipping (recommended)

5. Inspection & Processing

After we receive your return:
- Inspection: 3-5 business days
- Verification: 2-3 business days
- Approval: Via email notification

6. Refund Timeline

- Approved return: 5-7 business days to issue
- Processing time: Bank takes 5-10 business days
- Total: Up to 17 days after approval

7. Refund Amount

Full Refund Includes:
- Product cost
- Sales tax
- Original shipping (if defective/wrong item)

NOT Included:
- Return shipping costs
- Shipping fees (except defective items)
- Any restocking fees

8. Exchanges

Free exchanges within 30 days for:
- Different size
- Different color
- Defective products

No additional shipping cost for defective items.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged products:
1. Email photos within 48 hours
2. Describe damage in detail
3. Include order number and tracking numbers

We will replace or refund immediately (no inspection needed for clear damage).

10. Exceptions & Final Sale Items

Some items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Check product listing before purchase.
